If something cannot be replicated exactly, alternatives are proposed from the start. Framer offers a wide range of free plugins, such as portfolios, stores, and Stripe payment integrations. The service does not include hosting, domains, email services, or paid plugins. Once the site is completed, it is delivered to your own account so you retain full and lifetime ownership of the project, with no need to keep an active Overkill subscription for it to remain functional.

Once your task is completed, you can pause your subscription and resume it whenever needed. Your plan remains active for 365 days from the purchase date. After that period, the subscription automatically ends.

Billing cycles are managed in 4-week usage periods. If the service is used for only part of the cycle and then paused, the remaining days stay available to be used later.

Highly technical illustrations, HTML, CSS, programming, or software development are not included, nor is the implementation of coded content. We also do not accept inappropriate requests, including sexually explicit, defamatory, ethnically or racially offensive, politically sensitive content, or any material that goes against Overkill’s core values.

During the first week of service (business days only), Overkill offers a 75% refund, as long as no final deliverables have been completed. No forms, no unnecessary processes.

As a client, you retain full ownership of all intellectual property created by Overkill. Every project, idea, and delivered file belongs to you. Access to these files is continuously available through your assigned management dashboard. This transfer of rights applies after the first week of business days has passed and while the subscription remains active. In the event of cancellation, any delivered material may not be used.

Yes. Overkill can provide a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) under the Priority plan before any work begins. Alternatively, we can review and sign an NDA provided by you, as long as it is reasonable and compatible with the subscription model. The confidentiality of all shared information, materials, and projects is respected throughout the entire working relationship.
